I can't use my dedicated gpu, minecraft JAVA is the only game with this problem, i used the official website's request : https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new no answer ... ; i contacted AMD support, they said it was minecraft java's fault, but not their fault since it's the only game that doesn't work.
