The Ender generation is amplified

      It appears the whole Ender generation is amplified, with barrens, midlands and highlands being very tall.

      This makes the obsidian pillars and ender dragon of the main island generate in the ground. This also affects end cities, and cut them off because of the dimension's height limit.
