can not move a black after clicking it

      What I expected to happen was...:
      i would be able to click blocks and move it into my hotbar

      What actually happened was...:

      it stayed there until I had to drag it

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. open Minecraft
      2. go into a world or server
      3. go into your invitory and try and move somthing
