To make dust particles appear in your biome you specify the arguments "r" "g" "b" and "scale", just like in the particle command. But there doesn't seem to be a way to correctly specify the block type for falling_dust. I checked the biome json page on the Minecraft wiki and it said it was "Name", and that doesn't work, neither does "name" or "id" or any other name for the parameter I can think of. I tried putting it in "Properties":{} but that didn't work either.

The same is true about the block and item particles, you can't specify what block or item you want them to be.

With all three of these there is no error in the log but the particle just doesn't show up in the biome.

I know I could be doing something wrong or my sources on the biome json format could be wrong, but I can get any other particle I want to appear so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. I'll attach the data pack I'm using.

If I'm just doing something wrong please tell me what the right way to do it is I can't find it anywhere, but I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything wrong and it just doesn't work.
