If this helps, I use optifine and sometimes lunar client but it still effects normal minecraft, so pretty much all the blocks are invisible, I can see other players/entities through walls, the blocks only appear (in one chunk) when something is updated in the chunk, lets say I place or break something, then the chunk appears, this is big problem for some people since I really only play hypixel and bridging servers, here is my evidence
