A husk with a name tag is trapped within a 1x1x3.5 or 4.5 space. Block is lit, covered, with a bottom slab and no way for mobs to enter, exit, or spawn. After traveling far away for 20 minutes, I return and the husk has despawned. Has occurred twice.
