I purchased the javascript edition of Minecraft on my desktop.  It works fine there, but on my laptop through the same Microsoft account that bought Java Script edition, the game will launch after I click play and it will go to the red Mojang loading screen with the white progress bar.  It gets to about halfway across the progress bar, then the program becomes unresponsive and I get the option to wait for it to respond, or close the application.  I was in game and I crashed randomly and this has been happening ever since that occurred.
