Glow Signs (Signs that have had Glow Inc Sac applied) lose glow effect when loaded in Pre-Release

Basically I have a world that I created when the first snapshots came out, and when the Glow Inc Sac functions were added, I put some on a bunch of signs to make them easier to see

Now the glow effect was removed
