When ever I go through a portal, every chunk out of my render distance from where I spawned, the chunks were bugged. I couldn't place a block, see any blocks. In the chunks Its raining and any projectiles get stuck in motion.

My first reaction of it was my game is lagging, but going into the chunk proved my wrong. Only after I relogged did the chunks generate, but in the nether I can't walk on it
