      The bug

According to the Bedrock beta 1.17.20.20 changelog, enchanting tables were changed to emit a light level of 7 instead of 12, which is what they used to. I am unsure whether this is a valid parity issue, because even though this particular issue happened after 1.15, enchanting tables have always emitted light on Bedrock Edition, but not on Java. However, I think it is a valid issue because this constitutes a new parity break.

      To reproduce

      1. Set the time to nighttime.
      2. Place down an enchanting table.
      3. Notice how the enchanting table does not emit a light level of 7 (it actually does not emit light at all).

This seems to be a gray area, but I can confirm that changelog includes the change, and that the Java Edition is lacking this behaviour (although I'm not sure if Bedrock 1.17.20 is representative of 1.17.1 for Java Edition).
