I was going to the nether to trade with piglins and one attacked me with its crossbow I had on full protection 4 netherite Armor and The crossbow was unenchanted. When it shot once I instantly died and I had full health. Please fix this, I don't want anyone else to lose their hardcore worlds like I did. 

Extra Details:

There were multiple piglins around but only one was attacking me(i wasn't in the other ones line of sight)

The Biome Was A Soul Sand Valley Which Had A Crimson Forest Next To it.

Also I Am Not Sure How To Re-Create This Bug. I Haven't Seen It Other Than This Incident.
