In bedrock, the co-operators cannot kick the operators. It says an error to them that the server operator cannot be kicked. However in java that doesn't even happen. I hope you can fix this easily.

      In bedrock co-operators (oppied by operator) canno*t kick the *server operato*r. But in java they *can.

      How to fix it

      You could make the co-operators a bit less powerful, so they cannot kick the operator.
