type /debug and observe start, stop and function as auto-complete options but no report

if I try to do debug report anyway, after starting the debug and waiting for some data to generate. I get:

"incorrect argument for command

debug report<--[HERE]"

After stopping the debug tick tracking, there is no debug zip made or folder created
