So this isn't really a bug but I really needed some expert advice on my situation. So a few days ago I made a post about how I accidentally deleted my old server to try and update it but I couldn't access the update which later that day some people helped me with that. Turns out I had to update my java. Any way now I have a fully updated server but no one can join it. Here are the things that I did on my old server, I port forwarded my Minecraft, I allowed my java through the windows defender, I added two rules for my inboard and outboard which were the port forwarding things. The only thing I did to my new server was whitelist my friends. Thankyou for taking the time to read this long and frankly simple complaint.
