To reproduce it, enable "Subtitles" in Accessibility Settings, then enable Alt + F3 debug screen. Once you do this, wait until number of sounds is enough, then look carefully at the subtitles. You will see that subtitles are being overlapped by the Alt + F3 debug screen text, even though they are darkened by the subtitles background. This occurs in any language.
