My dad was trying to open up minecraft, and the attached image shown is what it is saying. I'm just trying to open up latest release for vanilla minecraft. Not on fabric. Even if I was, fabric was working just fine on it's own. I however uninstalled fabric and any mod downloaded on the PC but it was still showing the error. I can open any other version of minecraft just fine, just not latest release. I've tried uninstalling minecraft and reinstalling, as well as restarting the PC. I can't find anything on this issue other than for older versions of the launcher that no longer apply to the current update for it.
