4 - How do we thump home to you developers that a problem with a NEW account is not the same as a problem with an OLD account that broke after update .Even coders should under stand newAccount != oldAccount,.

You have serious process issues with this bug tracking system and I suspect you are closing tickets to improve stats, not because you actually are resolving them.
