When turning in the experimental combat snapshot, sometimes it almost feels as if your mouse wire is caught on something and is quite choppy.

This seems to only happen when loading new chunks so it might just be a case of framerates dropping however I had this issue when my f3 was open and I jumped from 40 - 73fps
