Restarting Minecraft and launcher does not fix multiplayer server problem

      I failed to log in to a server in Minecraft, and it said to restart Minecraft and the launcher, but when I restarted Minecraft and the launcher, I still got the same error. So I tried refreshing the server list over and over again. It didn't work, either. Please comment to me what else I should do to be able to connect to this server.
