I was checking out the new experimental snapshot when I came across a tiny biome of "badlands" when I checked F3 and saw that when I was over the plains biome next to it, that it said I was in the "desert" when I was higher up in Y level. I wasn't sure if that was intended and figured I should bring it to your attention.
