When I apply (right-click) bone meal to Glow Berries vine, bone meal is consumed and berries appear on vine (normal behavior).

When I again apply bone meal to Glow Berries vine with berries, Glow Berries item is dropped, vine becomes without berries, but bone meal is still consumed.

Expected behavior: either

• bone meal is consumed and new berries appear on vine
  or
• bone meal is not consumed
