Minecraft wont let me play on windows full screen with 1080p

What I expected to happen was...:
The 1080p i selected in the settings would work als on windowed fullscreen

What actually happened was...:
It did not work, instead it went to 1440p which then i get low FPS

Steps to Reproduce:
You put ur settings to 1440p

Make sure you in windowed fullscreen

And it should be 1440p instead of 1080 (f3 to check)
