Cave Spiders still spawned at a normal rate after torches were places all around

      Cave spiders should have stopped spawning when i placed torches all around the spawners (there were 2 in very close proximity)

      Multiple cave spiders kept spawning on multiple occasions, even on blocks where a torch was placed.

      Load up a hardcore 1.18 world
      Find a cave spider spawner
      Test with torches to see if they'll spawn
