I purchased Better Ores on the Nintendo Switch Marketplace. I can't play it at all. Every time I try to run it, my game either freezes entirely or the mobs are the size of buildings and just stand there. They don't attack and can't be attacked. I can't mine anything. Is there someone I can work with about this? Please let me know what I need to do in order to resolve this.

I submitted this on the Minecraft site and the ticket was closed after someone asked me for a screenshot. When I went to attach it, they had already closed the ticket. I have attached the screenshot to this in case it's helpful.
