      I just logged back in to my Minecraft Survival world and experienced minor lagging at 10 FPS, even though 6 GB of RAM was allocated.

      Edit: I only use the REAL latest version of Minecraft. 1.17.1 is not the latest. Also, if I allocated all 16 GB of RAM, my game would crash.
