      Skeletons should be spawning holding bows

      What actually happened was...:
      Skeletons are spawning without bows

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Find a Skeleton Spawner in a dungeon (I found mine at level -31 in experimental snapshot 4) 
      2. Wait for a Skeleton to spawn
      3. Behold it's bowless wonder
