During Hypnotizd's latest Hermitcraft video, he explains how, when breaking a scaffolding tower, the scaffolding at the very top of the tower didn't disappear on his side, but did disappear on other player's games.
What's more, he was able to stand on the other scaffolding, and place other scaffoldings from it, though every time he placed a new scaffolding block, the other block would disappear.
Causing an update to the scaffolding (by placing a block next to it) made it completely disappear.

Since this can actually be reproduced in vanilla, this ticket is a duplicate of MC-148795.
Hermitcraft is a modified server; unless you can reproduce this in a vanilla setup, this report is invalid.
