My computer is a custom built desktop with 32GB ram (8GB allocated to java to run Minecraft). My processor is an AMD Ryzen 7 1800X 3600 Mhz, 8 physical core (16 thread).
Survival Single Player game (No LAN), Normal difficulty, cheats enabled, Large Biomes, Generate Structures enabled, and of course the William Withers worldgen datapacks (from Planet Minecraft).
I have confirmed the datapacks are all for 1.17.1Windows 10 pro 10.0.19043 OpenJDK 16.0.2 Optifine 1.17.1_HD_U_G9 My computer is a custom built desktop with 32GB ram (8GB allocated to java to run Minecraft). I am getting fatal NPEs thrown by Minecraft in chunk generation when using world generation datapacks. I have had them thrown while doing initial spawn area generation on creating a new world, and on exploring a world.
I have seen similar issues (NPEs ending in "because "☃" is null" or "because "☃" is null") in the bug tracker get fixed, but I haven't seen one for cyc.a(java.util.Random) yet.
I attached my log file, and my list of data packs. My world save is too big to attach, I've put it up at https://www.dropbox.com/s/hzoa3emypfat9uh/2021-09-09_14-59-46_WilliamWithers.zip?dl=0 - this of course includes all the datapacks.
