I made a small scute farm where turtle eggs can hatch in a 1x8 area, 2 blocks tall and with rails under the sand where a minecart with hopper collects scutes. When turtles spawn they are able to move through the glass which closes the whole area as if there wasn't even a physical block. Both baby and adult turtles are affected by this bug. This happens regardless of whether turtles are moving on eggs or directly on the sand block surface.
