Hello! Let's go straight to the problem. Starting with version 1.13, any next one at startup gives only 75 fps with V-sync enabled, although my monitor is overclocked to 100 frames per second. I have read quite a few forums, but have not yet found a solution to this problem. I won't turn off V-sync because I don't like frame breaks. In any other game, with vertical sync turned on, the fps is 100. Not less, not more, but in minecraft it does not exceed the 75 frames limit. Installed optfine, but it does not help. Did almost everything possible, but all in vain.
Interestingly, this issue does not occur on version 1.12 and below.

(!)Important! But the most interesting thing is that this problem occurs when full screen mode is enabled. When the game is launched in a window, the frame rate is kept at 100.
