My F3 key (Debug Screen) doesn't work in Minecraft

      I have been attempting to get another bug issue resolved but am unable to do so because I can't see my bug screen. I have used the FN, Shift, Alt, Ctrl keys with the F3 and just the F3 key and the bug screen doesn't come up.
