Crashing on Launch - Error 0

      Whenever I try to launch the game I get this error code. 

      All drivers are up to date, Microsoft is up to date, Java is up to date, all conflicting programs (as far as I am aware) are not running. I've completely uninstalled twice. I have removed all mods. 

      No matter what, I continue to get this error.
