Dear Mojang studios

I have had a issue the last few weeks in 1.17.1 my issue includes that i cant join any server thats 1.17.1 related i stumbled upon this issue when i went from 1.8.9 to 1.17.1 and tried to join a server i often play on version 1.8.9 for pvp. I have recently created a mc spiggot server for 1.17.1 for my friends i cant join it so i am curious if this is a problem coming from my pc or something or if this is a problem coming from 1.17.1

I hope this will be fixed
