Game crashes (freezes) w/ or w/o Optifine. Sometimes immediately after loading a world & sometimes after a few minutes, but it's guaranteed. Upon hitting escape - no button can be selected. Ctrl-Alt-Del is my only avenue to quit. And of course any world progress is not saved. Side note: I did discover that the default Autosave time was set to 6 min from 45 sec default - not sure how? But 45 sec has not helped with any auto saves - even after ~5 min.
Event viewer repeatedly shows:
The program javaw.exe version 16.0.1.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
