Description: Redstone Repeaters output an unexpected, delayed extra signal after unlocked if in the same (redstone-)tick the at least two-redstone-tick-long input signal turns off.

Expected Behavior:
The two-redstone-tick-long input signal gets blocked completely by the locked repeater.

Observed Behavior:
One redstone tick after the two-redstone-tick-long input signal turns off, the repeater emits an extra one-redstone-tick-long pulse.
