I just started a new world and noticed that a custom player head trade I added with a datapack gave a regular default player head rather than the custom head it should give, I assume thats an issue with my datapack but then I noticed my skin was just the default steve, so I refreshed a few times and it still wasnt working, so I went to the launcher and it cannot load my skins?
