Usually the portuguese language (and some others) consume more characters than english when translated. Because of this problem in brazillian portuguese, two  buttons have labels large enough to overlap themselves and become hard to distinguish and this is the result of new options being introduced in 1.18. The underlying problem has always been there but it wasn't really an issue until now, I guess.
