What I expected to happen was...:
For an item to stay in my inventory when i transferred it from a barrel (or a chest too maybe?) to my inventory when i put it in my inventory

What actually happened was...:
once i closed the barrel GUI and opened my inventory it wasn't there, the item i replaced with it was there instead

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Go to a realm (let me know if you want to get into mine)
3. take an item from a barrel

4. put it in your inventory

5. close the barrel GUI 

6. open your inventory and check if the item is there

7. try it with swapping it for an item in your inventory if you can't reporduce it that way.

the problem is intermittent, it won't happen every time. i'd say it happens about 10% of the time. i've never had the problem before, today is the first time i tried realms, and this is my first realm. i at first used a different template then i switched out the realms template if that helps at all.
