What I expected to happen was...:
The world is rendered appropriately

What actually happened was...:
This...? I am kind of drunk and I do not entirely understand what I am looking at. It does not seem right. 

Steps to Reproduce:
idk I was just walking around the world and this is what I saw? This doesn't look right, Faces seem not to be rendered when they should be rendered. Again, I am really drunk, so... I don't entirely understand what is wrong here? Is it rendering, or world generation? Something isn't right.
