After my first report of this bug, I tried to recreate it and to my great surprise(I was recording my screen this time)  I did. It turns out that it is not a player silhouette but deconstructed observer and stone. It is only visible for a few seconds so you HAVE to record your screen to see it. I was lucky enough catch it this time.
