After crafting a boat out of any 5 of the same kind of wooden planks, and setting it in a body of water, I board the boat. Movement of the boat is stable, but dismounting from the boat is where the issue arises: not only do you move slowly, but you can't jump, drop down, or even re-embark on any boats. Moreover, you can't interact with the environment at all: blocks can't be placed or broken, which is a severe and critical problem.

I ask that this bug can be resolved at your earliest convenience.
