Like i said, I can't open MinecraftInstaller.exe

I played Minecraft this morning.

But When i open MinecraftInstaller.exe, it keeps closing as soon as I open it.

I uninstalled Minecraft, through %AppData% / minecraft.

And deleted MinecraftInstaller.exe and redownloaded it and open it

But this crash still happens.

I don't know what should i do more now.
