Whenever you try to record Minecraft gameplay using OBS, Medal, etc, Minecraft will instantly crash with the error code "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION".

Steps to Reproduce:

  Open Minecraft, and go into a world/server.
  Open OBS, create a new Game Capture source and point it towards your Minecraft window.
  Go to your Minecraft window, then switch to your OBS window.

Observed Results:

Your game crashes with error code "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00007ffea4dbd421, pid=52788, tid=47696"

Expected Results:

Minecraft should not crash, and you should be able to record as per usual.

Notes:

This strangely does not happen with Nvidia GeForce Experience.
