This may have already been resolved, as I haven't updated my world to the snapshots.
The issue I'm facing is my 5x5 piston gravel door is breaking the top two lines as it moves back up. I ran it several times and noticed it happens as the gravel block below it is mid move. 

This never used to happen? I've had this door since 1.16.2 and I've never had an issue before. I tried delaying the repeaters and running a longer signal line, but I couldn't get it to stop no matter what I did.
