So, whenever I try to load up Minecraft Java Edition for any 1.19 snapshot or 1.18.2 (I also believe this has been happening with any version post-1.9 due to others having this problem), I always get this fatal message that says

"An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for

      the inconvenience.

      Exit Code: -1073741819"

This fatal message shows up before even opening Minecraft. Once I click the "Play" button it starts loading, and after 15 seconds it shows the message. I do not have D3Dgear installed, and I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Minecraft Launcher, which did not help. The Minecraft Hopper website didn't help either, and I usually have to click play and go through this error 2-4 times before it actually works.
