PC Crash after starting game. (every time)

      Hi, a friend of mine just downloaded the newest version of minecraft (1.19)
      and after he starts the game it seems to work for about 20 seconds, then the computer freezes and he need to reboot for anything to work again.

      We already tried to:

      • rename the .minecraft folder (reinstall the game)
      • update windows, graphics driver, java (normal and JDK)
      • run the SFC (system file check) from Windows

      All help or ideas regarding our problem are welcome, Thanks.
