In Java 1.19, the game starts off at High FPS and after a few minutes the FPS takes a nose dive below 10fps and minecraft ends up crashing.

Laptop: ASUS ROG M15 16GB RAM
      Windows 11 Home v 21H2 OS build 22000.739
Graphics nvidia Geforce 2070, latest drivers downloaded.

No Mods, no resource packs etc installed. Just the vanilla 1.19 release.
If i revert back to 1.18.2, i usually end up with a stable 70-80 fps.
Minecraft F3 debug screen is regularly showing GPU at 100% but if you compare that to the windows task manager performance, the GPU is at 25% load (comparison running side by side, dual screen monitor)

Also tried full system wipe and reinstall of windows, and completely reinstalled minecraft as new. The same thing happens on 1.19 but does not happen on 1.18.2.

Also affects Multiplayer Server Paper version 1.19, Starts off at high fps, then drops down to below 10, with lots of graphics tearing and stutter. Then also crashes.

Not sure what else to try, even after a full windows wipe, it hasn't fixed it.
