When scrolling in a villager GUI, if the player does not complete a trade, after exiting the GUI, the players hotbar will scroll through the items.

It should not switch between items once exiting.

 When using the scroll where/middle mouse on trackpad, scrolling down a villagers GUI, and then leaving without trading, will have the same effect as using the scroll wheel outside a villager.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open trading GUI with villager
2. ... Scroll down any amount (to the bottom works best) using the scroll wheel (not sure if it works using a wheel, found it while using a trackpad)
3. ... Do not trade

4.Exit the villager

[1]NOTE: If entering a GUI, scrolling, and trading, the bug will not work when exiting, only if the player has traded it should be normal.
