After fighting the Ender Dragon on our Minecraft server, we did not have a dragon egg.

We looked around the end island to see if it had teleported and it was nowhere to be found. It was also not under the portal frame.

Server is fully vanilla, no plugins or spigot.
Server uses a datapack that makes End Stone Brick related blocks dragon immune.

I looked in the 1.19 data for dragon_immune, and the dragon egg is not in there.
Usually the egg spawns after the dragon is gone, but could this have been a bug and the egg was instantly deleted?
