When you breed animals, light a candle, or splash a splash potion no particles are visible.

What I expected to happen was...:
Hearts appear above the animals when breeding
A little fire particle above the candle when lit
Splash particle appear when a potion is thrown

What actually happened was...:
No hearts above the animals
No fire particle above the candle
No Splash Particle at the potion

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down a candle
2. Light it

(Note: I am not submitting 3 bugs for 1 report. This is all 1 bug. This is just different senarios where there are supposed to be particles, but there are'nt.)

(Note 2: There may be more senarios where there are no particles, but these are the ones I have discovered, from my experience, this is happening with almost all particles)
